The Volunteer of the Year for 2012 is Claire Kreifels. She is married to Danny Kreifels and they have four adult children. Claire currently enjoys the role of Grandmother and often shares her precious pictures with our staff. She attends Curry Creek Baptist Church where she is an active member and also works in a church preschool. Claire has volunteered at the Center since October 2009 as a lay counselor, assisting our clients with pregnancy tests and other services. She is a faithfull servant of our ministry, coming on Wednesday afternoons sharing her gentle and compassionate spirit. Claire helps us with many projects at the Center as well as inputing data into our computer. Where she really shines however, is when she is sharing her heart and faith with our clients, whether it’s a pregnancy test or a parenting class. Claire’s gentleness puts our clients at ease and confidence in the services they receive here. Claire is a joy to have as part of our ministry making her Wednesdays special for us all.
